Kuwait – Mubasher: First Investment has signed an agreement to sell its entire stake in an associate for SAR 8.48 million or about KWD 688,920 ($2.26 million).

The company expects a net loss of about KWD 80,690 which will be registered in the financial statements of the period ending 30 June 2017, according to a bourse filing issued on Monday.

At the stock level, First Investment closed Monday’s session 3.26% lower at 44.5 fils.
